11oz. (300g) of lettuce hearts

7 oz. (200g) Asiago cheese

1 oz. (28g) Gorgonzola dolce cheese

3 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons Apple Vinegar

1 teaspoon brandy

1 teaspoon mustard paste

Salt and pepper


Put on a serving plate 8 leaves, which among the largest of the lettuce heart, cut into small pieces and put the rest in a bowl with Asiago cheese sliced ??into thin strips.
