Here's how:

Chop the onions. Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces. Wash peppers and cut into smaller pieces.

Onions, potatoes and bell pepper sauté in a pan for 3-4 minutes in oil. The peeled tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, broth and chickpeas add. The soup boil, covered about. 20 minutes.
