Apple juice with beets, apricots and lemon

Ingredients: 2 apples, 1 small piece of beetroot, 4 apricots, 1 slice of lemon (1 cm thick), ice cubes.

How to cook:

Add only an apple in the juicer, then beetroot piece, apricots and slice of lemon and then the last apple. Squeeze the juice of and serve the drink with ice cubes and possible.

Pineapple juice with raspberry and banana

(6 persons)

Ingredients: 1 small pineapple, 1 tray raspberry + some for garnish, 1 banana, 3 cups milk, if necessary lemon balm for garnish

Cut the peel the pineapple and cut it into quarters, so the marrow can be removed. Make pineapple meat in a blender with raspberries, banana and milk. Blend it out and serve the drink with fresh raspberries on top and possible. a little balm for garnish.

Yogurt with blueberries and lime

(2 pers)

Ingredients: 2 cups yogurt, 2 cups blueberries, 4 teaspoons honey, juice and grated zest of 1 lime, if necessary. mint leaves for garnish.

How to cook:

Pourice-cold yogurt in the blender with blueberries and honey and the juice and grated peel of the glue.
