Macaroni with mushrooms and smoked salmon
Here is a simple recipe, quick, tasty and beautiful effect. If you have the ingredients at home (in the fridge or freezer), you can prepare in minutes, even for a guest improvised.
Ingredients for 4 people:
1lb.(450 gr.) Macaroni (preferably fresh egg)
7 oz. (200 gr.) button mushrooms
7 oz. (200 gr.) smoked salmon (possibly sheared)
2 cloves garlic
1 shot vodka
2 table spoon extra virgin oil.
Heat the oil with the garlic in a pan and then pour the mushrooms diced or thin slices
Cook the mushrooms for a few minutes and then add the salmon, cut into strips
A few more minutes of cooking over medium heat (for salmon just very little), then raise the heat and pour the vodka
At this point you are ready to drain the pasta cooked al dente (already cooked, but tastes a little hard): pour it in the pan, stir well the seasoning and serve.
