Pasta with chickpeas The paste the cu ... ci'ciri is a complete meal in one dish, a dish that-thanks to its carbohydrate pasta with chickpeas and rich in carbohydrates and protein-is hearty and healthy for our body every 3,5 oz. (100 g) chickpea, without seasoning, develop 322 calories and can replace a piece of meat.

Preparation for 4 people:

10,5 oz. (300 g) spaghetti or noodles

1 onion

3,5 fl oz. water

Sage

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1,5 cups (200 g) dried chickpeas

1 carrot

1 stalk of celery

Salt and black pepper

Tender of fennel

Preparation:


Chickpeas soak in cold water and leave for one night.

Then drain, rinse, and place in a saucepan with cold water.

Add the finely chopped onion, a carrot and a bit of celery, as well as to taste, fennel or sage and cook for one hour.

Just before completing the cooking add spaghetti or noodles.

When the paste is ready, add olive oil and spice: a pinch of black pepper and a few leaves of chopped sage.
