Pork chops in French



4 large pork chops,


3 tbsp. flour,

Salt and pepper,

1 tsp. paprika,

Butter or margarine,

1 cup broth,

1 cup cream,

4 large onions,

7oz (200 g) large mushrooms


Bank chops lightly with flat mallet and turn them into flour, which is mixed with salt, pepper and paprika. Brown them carefully on both sides and place in an ovenproof dish. Boil the pan with soup and add cream, salt and pepper. Pour over chops. Boil the peeled onions for a few minutes in water and cut them in quarters. Boil them in the dish with the whole, cleaned mushrooms and style dish into a 200 degree oven for approx. 45 minutes. - while the chops are tender. Server right in the dish.
