Cheese, animal fats, except those, which are permitted.
Legumes of all kinds.
Spinach, sorrel, black radish and garden radishes, mushrooms and all fermented and pickled vegetables.
Soup based on milk, legumes, mushroom, meat and fish broths.
Chocolate, cocoa, coffee, ice-cream, milk cream, mineral water.
Sauces and seasonings based on meat, fish and mushroom broths, horseradish, pepper, mustard.
What to Include into the Diet:
The patient may eat salt-free bread, pancakes, and yeasty thick pancakes without salt.
200 grams of whole milk or yoghurt, or 1 egg, or 100 gram of curd, sour cream or cream.
Boiled meat or fish 50 grams.
Fats: butter, vegetable oils, preferably extra virgin.
Cereals containing fiber that contributes to toxin withdrawal out of the organism should be included into diet. Various porridges, macaroni products should be introduced into the diet. They may be cooked on the water basis.
Soups with cereals, vegetable, fruit ones on water basis.
Milk, tomato, vegetable, fruit sauces may be consumed.
As for spices, introduce cinnamon and vanillin into the diet.
Various vegetables can be used, both raw and as dishes components. Boiled onions are used in dishes. Parsley and dill can be consumed.
Fruit and berries may be eaten raw or cooked, as well as dried fruit, sugar, honey and jam.
Beverages with limitation as to the amount: green tea (not strong), fruit, vegetable and berry juices, herbal teas.
Food is consumed 5-6 times a day. The dishes are cooked boiled, baked or in the microwave oven.
For patients, suffering from renal failure, the diet needs to be followed to improve the general state untill its stabilization.
