Rice and shrimp recipe

Ingredients for rice with shrimp and sauce:

1 cup frozen shrimps

½ teaspoon sugar

2 chopped onions

2 slices of bacon

2 cups rice

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cups boiling water

2 Knorr cubes Homemade vegetable broth

2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Juice of 1 fresh lemon

1 of the bank tomatoes Pummaro Chopped (about half a pound)

1 tablespoon liquid margarine Vitam Culinesse (The Vitam Culinesse is an important source of vitamins A, D and E)

Salt and freshly ground pepper


How to cook:


Sauté the onions with liquid margarine Vitam Culinesse in a saucepan over medium heat.

Pour 2 cups hot water, after add the vegetable broth, lemon juice and dill, stir to dissolve Knorr cubes and throw the rice.

Mix again for a few minutes, add 2 cups the boiling water and shrimp (after the thaw and drain), close the pot a cover and simmer rice 10 minutes.

Meanwhile fry the bacon in the olive oil, throw in the Pymmaro, pepper, salt and sugar, and simmer the sauce for 15 minutes, until thickened.

Finally, put the rice for a few minutes in a form with a hole, let it cool. Then place the platter on the form upside down and gently turn over that rice has not lost form. Rice to pour by butter and sauce.
