Savory puffs with spinach sauce Mediterranean Cuisine
30 puffs ready
1lb. 2oz. (510 g) frozen spinach
2,5 pt (1250 ml) white sauce (also ready)
7 oz. (200 g) sausage bologna or bacon or ham (optional)
3,5 oz (100 g) cheese medium ( as Emmental cheese, smoked cheese or other cheese you have at home).
3,5 oz.100 g soft cheese (or other soft cheese)
3 tablespoons (43 g) butter
A little milk
Salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation time: 40 minutes
The cheese cut into small pieces, put in a saucepan. Then melt the butter then add the paprika and pepper then add the finely chopped sausage bologna and 2/3 of sauce, to postpone the rest of the sauce. Prepare the spinach sauce:
