Smoked swordfish on a bed of arugula Mediterranean Cuisine
Smoked swordfish on a bed of arugula is perfect appetizer for a dinner (or for New Year's Eve), but also great main dish. This is a very healthy dish for those who want to stay in shape.
It is easy to prepare and tasty. If you want to try this dish, here's how to make it happen.
Ingredients for 4 people:
7 oz. (200 g) of smoked swordfish (in thin slices)
4 oz. (120 g) arugula already cleaned and washed
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
How to cook:
Cut the fish into 4 thin slices (more or less the size of a placemat)
Place the arugula leaves on a platter for the smoked swordfish, by keeping however a small amount for the final decoration.
Place the slices of swordfish in the arugula leaves, sprinkle with the lemon juice and decorated each plate with a few leaves of arugula.
Spice up with a drizzle of olive oil and place in the fridge for up to half an hour before serving.
