The taste of Greece, the smell of Italian cuisine and culinary experiences from the other Mediterranean countries awakens holiday memories in most people.
Tiramisu - A super delicious Tiramisu dessert - Low fat
20-24 ladyfingers (biscuits)
1 cup cold strong coffee
1 cup Amaretto liqueur
4 egg yolks
3 oz.(85 g) light cane
Grain from 1 vanilla stick
The meat from 1 squeezed lemon
12 oz.(340 g) fromage frais
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tbsp. Nescafé
1 tablespoon good cocoa powder.
Put half of the biscuits in the bottom of a bowl or a dish with high sides.
Mix coffee and amaretto and pour half of the biscuits.
Beat the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and the meat from squeezed lemon together over a water bath until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Mix fromage frais and lemon juice.
Beat egg and cheese mixture gently into a smooth paste and pour half of the biscuits.
Now place the rest of the biscuits and poured over with the rest of the coffee-Amaretto liqueur.
Cover the biscuits with the remaining part of the egg-cheese mixture.
The dessert is made in the refrigerator a few hours, preferably overnight - it has sure, that the dessert is frozen.
Before serving Tiramisu sprinkle with powdered coffee and cocoa through a sieve.
You can make the cake more rigid if you mix gelatin into the egg mixture.
