Tortilla with wok vegetables

Ingredients:

4 tortilla wraps

1 lb. 12 oz. (800 g) vegetables

Vegetables can, for instance, include:

Carrots,

Cabbage,

Pepper,

Corn,

Tomatoes,

Peas,

Onions

Procedure


Clean the vegetables and cut them finely. They could be cut lengthwise or square shapes thin slices.

Turn up during a Wok pan or ordinary pan / pot and heat the oil. Put the vegetables in the pan - the coarse vegetables before they are watery, so everything will be finished at the same time.

Warm tortillas reheat in the oven at 200 degrees for 2 minutes. 4 tortilla wraps fill vegetables and roll them into a wrap.
