Proteins are complex organic compounds.
Our body is built from proteins. The composition of proteins in each person is defined by the genetic code. Proteins that we eat build cells of our body.
This is why proteins are important in food. The functions of proteins in our body are very diverse.
Varieties of proteins in our body and their function.
There are soluble proteins and insoluble. There are a lot of different kinds of soluble proteins. Our cells are made up of those and other proteins. Hair and nails are insoluble proteins.
After a series of chemical reactions between proteins, they create threads between themselves, which anchor the link in cells. That’s why cells don’t break up.
Proteins make stocks of microelements, necessary for life activity of our organism.

There are protein transporters. Some proteins capture the nutrient or trace elements and bringing them to the right place. Other proteins have a channel. Through these channels, necessary substances are transferred to the cells.
We bend and unbend our hands. We do not think how this mechanism works. But there are proteins that are responsible for the motor functions of the human body.
How does the body work when we don’t eat?
Indeed, without supply we cannot move, think, breathe, live. Nature has provided a mechanism for storing reserves of nutrients and bioactive substances. For these types of things each cell has a protein receptor. It is situated on the borders of the cell. It’s a two-way connection. These proteins transmit information to the signaling proteins. Further on, the information is transmitted to the regulatory proteins. They make the right decision.
We can only be fascinated by the perfection of our body. It can produce a lot of substances that are needed for our life activity from of food.
What proteins are needed for nutrition?
However, there are components of proteins that our body does not produce. They are called essential. Therefore, you must consume proteins that make up for these substances.
These are proteins of animal origin. How do they differ from vegetable proteins?
There are a couple of types of proteins. They can be used by our body, but they don’t contain necessary amino acids.
The sources of such proteins are eggs, and milk. They are fully processed by our bodies. Then your body completes the build up of these elements for its own need. These proteins are considered to be the most suitable for our body.
We consume the proteins of animal meat. They fully meet the needs of the body. But since the composition is not suitable to us, part of the protein is digested and part of it is ballast, which causes stress and other negative reactions. These are the proteins of meat of large animals, fish and poultry.
Proteins of cereals, fruits and vegetables are even less suited for food.
There are proteins that are even less complete. They don’t even have necessary amino acids. These are the proteins of gelatin and hemoglobin.

The lack of protein consumption is a negative factor in the food of a person, as it draws harsh sicknesses.
Excess draws the sickness of vessels because of a high level of cholesterol. That’s why we need to use a combination of products which fully make up for our need of proteins.
